  • (VII) and (VIII) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
  • (IX) Public interest.

Retention period:

  • (I) Duration of the employment contract and the necessary period to address responsibilities arising from the employment relationship.
  • (II) The necessary period to address the request, as well as the duration of the responsibilities that may arise from them.
  • (III) Validity period of the proposal.
  • (IV) and (V) Six years for commercial purposes, and the necessary period to address responsibilities arising from tax settlement.
  • (VI) While the service is provided and the necessary period to address responsibilities arising from it.
  • (VII) and (VIII) The necessary period to fulfill said purpose, as well as the duration of the responsibilities that may arise from them.
  • (IX) Maximum of 1 month.
